To kick off its 9th year of existence, LUCKY TRIMMER moves to a new home: Berlin’s renowned fringe theater SOPHIENSAELE. This time around, the call for applications attracted 267 choreographers from all over the world from which LUCKY TRIMMER hand-picked eight stellar productions bringing together curious insects, sultry samba, happy loners, die-hard couch potatoes, hidden treasures and of course, dance, dance, dance!

Two men in an atmosphere of breathlessness, of desperation, of silent contortion and hopeless rebellion. A sandstorm desert of chairs in no man’s land. One man who loses himself in the need for company and privacy, for human closeness and distance, and another one who tears these walls down.
